Prices, taxes and who sells to you

Amounts are shown in US dollars, in whole dollars, before you pay. The total payable, including any tax that applies, is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Polar Software Inc. acts as merchant of record. That means Polar is the seller for the purposes of your transaction and is responsible for charging and remitting indirect taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) where they are due. Their terms apply to the payment itself; ours apply to the placement you receive.

How the contract works

1. You submit a website or @handle and we show you the listing.
2. You choose an amount and see the total and your estimated position.
3. You confirm the declaration about what you are buying.
4. You pay through the merchant of record.
5. Your placement appears as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Correcting mistakes: until you confirm payment you can go back at any step and change the link or the amount. Nothing is charged until you confirm.

Filing: the contract is recorded by us and by the merchant of record, and a receipt is issued to you. Language: English.
