1. What WARS.MONEY is

WARS.MONEY is a public board listing websites and social profiles, ordered by the amount each listing has paid for its placement. Operated by Eduardo Guerrero Romero, NIF 45844134M, Spain — full details in the legal notice.

2. What you are buying

You are buying an immediate digital placement on that board for a website or @handle you submit. The placement is delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed and is permanent: your listing does not disappear.

You are not buying: a prize, a pot, a chance of any kind, an investment or financial product, a stored balance or credit, any right to withdraw money, any stake in WARS.MONEY, traffic, clicks, or search engine ranking.

3. How your rank is calculated

Rank is ordered by the cumulative amount paid for that listing, highest first. Where two listings have the same total, the one that reached it first ranks higher. Payments for the same listing accumulate.

Rank can change at any time, including while your payment is being processed.We do not sell a specific position and we cannot guarantee one.

4. Price, taxes and the seller of record

Prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars, in whole dollars. Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record; Polar is the seller for the purposes of the transaction and handles applicable indirect taxes. Their terms apply to the payment itself.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason.

Your placement is published immediately, so at checkout we ask you for two separate confirmations, neither of them pre-ticked:

1. That you understand what you are buying.
2. That you expressly request the placement be published immediately, and that you acknowledge you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once it has been published in full.

We record both confirmations with their timestamp, and they travel with the payment record. Without both, the payment does not go through.

This is the exception set out in article 103 of the Spanish consumer act (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) for digital content and services performed immediately.It does not touch your rights if the service is faulty, is not as described, or was never delivered.

6. Refunds

Your position going down is not a defect. It is the stated function of the board, it is disclosed before you pay, and it is not by itself grounds for a refund.

For anything else — the placement never appeared, it shows the wrong link, you were charged twice — write to support@wars.money before opening a dispute. We answer, and we handle refunds together with the merchant of record.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Your content and the licence you give us

You may submit a link, a name, a short description and an image. By submitting them you confirm you have the right to do so, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them on WARS.MONEY and in share images generated from your listing.

8. Prohibited conduct

No impersonation, phishing, malware, scams, illegal financial services, illegal gambling, hate or extremist content, illegal drugs, weapons where prohibited, adult services, infringement of copyright or trade marks, stolen identities, misleading claims, or anything your payment provider forbids.

9. Moderation, removal and reports

We may remove, hide or restrict listings that break these terms or the law. Anyone can report a listing at /report; we review reports, record the decision and its reason, and notify the affected party where appropriate.

Where we remove a listing for a breach caused by you, the amount paid is not refunded. Where we remove it for our own reasons, it is.

10. Chargebacks and fraud

Please contact us before opening a dispute. We may hide a listing while a payment is disputed or under review by the payment provider, and we may refuse or reverse placements linked to fraudulent payments.

11. Large payments

Card payments are capped at $5,000. Above that we use bank transfer with verification, and the placement moves only once funds are confirmed.

12. Liability

The board is provided as is. We do not verify, endorse or vouch for any listing, and a rank says nothing about anyone's wealth, income, performance or merit. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Governing law

Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
